PROCESSING TIME

While most orders are processed within 24 business hours, please allow 1-2 business days. 

DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES

New Zealand:

FREE SHIPPING by NZ Post courier on orders $150 NZD and over

 

Standard - NZ Post courier - $10 NZD

 

Approximate delivery time for all kids clothing items: 1-3 business days from dispatch

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

 

Australia:

FREE SHIPPING by DHL Express on orders $250 NZD and over

DHL Express - $25 NZD

 

Approximate delivery time: 1-3 business days from dispatch

Standard - NZ Post International - $12 NZD

Approximate delivery time: 5-7 business days from dispatch

FREE SHIPPING by DHL Express on orders $350 NZD and over

CONDITIONS

Approximate delivery times are guidelines only and commence from date of dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and is ready for collection by the courier. We dispatch orders Monday – Friday NZT, excluding public holidays. It is important to us to process every order as quickly as possible. However, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Rural deliveries may take longer than non-rural deliveries. Please provide a physical address, as we use a signature required service and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.  Delivery times are subject to product availability. We will contact you if we expect your delivery to be delayed.  

Covid-19 related delays persist intermittently.

Exchanges & Returns

 

EXCHANGES

Cason & Co. endeavours to ensure our product descriptions and size guides are as detailed as possible to ensure you purchase the right size/ colour. If you would like further guidance to help you make your choice please contact us via email at kiaora@casonandco.com

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or style, please contact us via email at kiaora@casonandco.com within 21 days of receipt of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you. We will provide you with a returns form. Once we have received the returned item, we will process a new order with the exchanged item. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed. If the item you wish to exchange for is not in stock, we can offer you a store credit.

 

RETURNS - SALE ITEMS
Cason & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, unless faulty, in which the below policy applies.

FAULTS

Cason & Co. - KIDS CLOTHING - endeavours to create products of the highest quality which should arrive to you in excellent condition. If there appears to be a fault with your order or you are unhappy with the condition in which it has arrived, please contact us immediately via email at kiaora@casonandco.com  If the item is deemed to be faulty we will offer a replacement (if there is one in stock), or a refund. The item must be returned to us in order for us to view and inspect the fault and process the return. Please contact us to discuss the fault before returning the item to us.  

Items must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt of purchase.  

Please inspect all goods upon arrival to ensure any returns are made within the 21 day timeline.    

 

CONDITIONS

  • With the exception of faulty goods, postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returned goods must be in an unused, unwashed condition and with original tags/ in original packaging.

  • All goods must be returned with original invoice.

  • All sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please choose carefully.

  • We are unable to exchange or refund items damaged through improper laundering. Please follow the care label of the garment when laundering.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked parcel service and retaining your receipt for this service until the parcel has been received and signed for by us, as Cason & Co. is not liable for any lost parcels.
